School Application

iPrep Academy North 6-12 will provide students with a challenging curriculum that exposes them to critical thinking, internships, research, and Dual Enrollment opportunities as well as the Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education and STEM courses based on the theme of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in collaboration with LEGO® Education.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum of 2.5 average in core Academics and Conduct (e.g. Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies)
  • All effort grades in core academics must be a “2” or higher
  • No more than 10 unexcused absences for previous year
  • Physical Science Honors and Algebra I Honors must be completed with a passing grade before the school year you are applying for year begins (Only applies to high school grades)
iPrep North is a 6-12 (only current 5-11 grades accepted)
7 Digit Student ID (Miami-Dade Public and/or Charter)
Please write the name of the school the child currently attends
Is the current school a public school?
Is parent presently serving in the active military or full-time Reserves? (Documentation Required - Send to School)
Agreement of Understanding *
I, hereby, give permission for my child to be screened for admission to iPrep Academy North 6-12 as designated in this application. If accepted, he/she will be enrolled as a full-time student at the school. Please note that transportation is not available to students. My child must demonstrate acceptable performance (as determined by school-site policy) in order to remain in the school. This application becomes void at the end of the application period.
